The dining was a highlight, with a must-try home-cooked Moroccan dinner that was delicious and comforting. The staff created a warm atmosphere, and the location was a stone's throw to the medina's winding streets, perfect for exploration.
While we didn't encounter major issues, we did wish they had a bit more variety in the drinks as they ran out of beer -but really, everything else made it shine.

Breakfast served daily on the balcony was good.
The WiFi connection was nonexistent in our room, leading to major frustration. Security was a significant concern with uninvited individuals appearing on our balcony multiple times. The persistent hot water issues left us dealing with cold showers, which impacted our overall comfort .

Really good hot tub feature with great views. The balcony access is a real treat for some fresh air in the mornings.
The location is tricky to navigate, even with directions-better to call ahead if you're lost. WiFi issues persisted, no reliable connectivity in the room. Security concerns emerged with uninvited guests on our balcony, and attempts to resolve the hot water situation went unaddressed, leading to a less than comfortable experience.

I stayed in the Superior King Room and it was huge! Seriously, so spacious and comfy, seemed like a royal treat. And breakfast served daily on my private balcony was such a nice touch. The decor was beautiful and really gave off that Moroccan vibe. Loved the elegant setting! Only wish the hot water issues hadn't popped up. That was a bit annoying towards the end. But honestly, overall, a fantastic stay!

Despite being in a vibrant area, the ambiance remained peaceful, yet some minor maintenance could improve certain aspects of the facilities.
